We believe great merchandise should tell a story. As a family-owned, independent business based in Mount Vernon, WA, we partner with businesses, organizations, and brands to create custom apparel and goods that people genuinely love to wear and use.
Our Process
Every piece is screen-printed by hand in our Mount Vernon studio by wife-and-husband team Phoebe and Jonathan. Phoebe creates each original design by hand carving intricate linocut block prints, while Jonathan carefully transforms those designs into beautifully printed apparel, hats, and tote bags. What started as a creative project on the kitchen table more than 15 years ago has grown into a thriving print studio built on craftsmanship, creativity, and lasting relationships.
Our Background
We got our start traveling the West Coast, participating in hundreds of markets and selling our hand-printed apparel, an experience that shaped our passion for small business and community. Custom printing is just one facet of our continually evolving business. Our downtown storefront, elSage Shop, features our own hand-printed goods alongside the work of more than 250 independent makers, while Valley Made Market, our pop-up market series, is dedicated to celebrating and supporting local artists and small businesses.

Quality + Ethics
Quality has always been at the heart of what we do. We print on ethically made and primarily U.S. produced apparel using premium water-based organic inks that get softer with every wash and never crack. We stand behind every item that leaves our studio because we believe your merchandise should look great, feel great, and last for years.
Giving Back
We donate a meaningful amount of design work throughout the year to groups and organizations we believe in. If you represent a teachers union, nonprofit, or community organization and have a limited design budget, we'd genuinely love to hear from you.
