Overview

All products and services offered through elSage Designs LLC ("elSage," "we," "us," or "our") are custom in nature. Because our work is created specifically for each client, our refund policy reflects the investment of time, materials, and creative resources that goes into every project. We ask that you read this policy carefully before placing an order or engaging our design services.

Section 1: Custom Design Services

Our design process is structured around a staged payment model that ensures both parties are protected at each phase of the project.

1.1: Concept Development. An initial deposit is required to begin concept development. This deposit is non-refundable once concepts have been delivered to the client. The deposit represents the creative time and resources invested in developing original work on your behalf, regardless of whether the project proceeds beyond this stage.

1.2: Final Design. A second payment is required to proceed from approved concept to final design. If a client discontinues the project after this payment has been made, elSage will deliver all completed work through the stage that has been paid for. No refund will be issued for work already performed.

Section 2: Custom Merchandise and Print Orders

All merchandise and print orders are paid in full prior to production. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on completed print orders.

We strongly encourage clients to review all proofs carefully before approving production. Once production has begun, changes cannot be accommodated.

Section 3: Production Errors and Damaged Goods

elSage stands behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error attributable to our production process, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description of the issue and supporting photographs where applicable. We will review each situation individually and work with you toward a resolution.

Please note that errors arising from client-approved artwork, proofs, or specifications fall outside the scope of this policy.
